When you shop you should be excited about your purchase. If you don’t like you Black Folks Camp Too purchase, no problem. We are here to make your return process simple. Just return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll issue a full refund. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 days of receipt of your return, along with an email notification.

Return Information

• Any items purchased at a sale price, tees, lingerie and accessories is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return. Items purchased as FINAL SALE PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE.
• Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
• Purchases MUST be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags, the item must be returned with the original tags still attached. ALL items must be returned in the same condition when they were shipped to receive a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
• Original shipping cost is NOT refundable
• Return shipping cost is NOT paid by Black Folks Camp Too
• The colors, sizing and patterns of the images on the Black Folks Camp Too website may vary due to photography lenses, indoor or outdoor lighting and the uploading of images. This does not qualify as defects of items or qualify for a refund. NO EXCEPTION !!!
• On the 8th day following your delivery date your purchase items are considered FINAL SALE.

How Do I Make A Return

• Returns must be sent within 7 days from your delivery date. NO items can be returned after the 7th day following your delivery date date.
• Please include your order invoice and reason for return with your merchandise
• Your return items must be packaged to prevent damage of merchandise
• You can return your items via an insured carrier of your choice to:
• We suggest you ship your items with insurance and keep your shipping receipts until you have received notification from Black Folks Camp Too that we have received your items. Black Folks Camp Too is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages that are lost in transit to us.

Return Shipping

• The return item (s) need to be shipping to us on or before the 7th day after your delivery date.
• Original shipping cost is NOT refundable
• Return shipping cost is NOT paid by Black Folks Camp Too

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

• We ship via the United States Postal service which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we can to assist you
• We ARE not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated
• Once the carriers have the packages we ARE not responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen
